The KXCD-65130 biomass hammer mill pulverizer easily crushes wood chips, coconut shells, hazelnut shells, crop straw, stalks, peanut shells, palm wood, EFB, and other raw materials into finished powder of different sizes from 2 to 20 millimeters. You can control the finished product size by changing the screen with different hole diameter. The high-efficiency KXCD-65130 crusher consists of a feeding system, a main crusher, a cyclone separator with an air lock, a dust collector, and a discharge system.
During production, raw materials are collected by an automatic feeder and conveyed to the main crusher via a belt conveyor. Inside the hammer mill, hammers rotate at a high speed of 2950 rpm, pounding the raw materials. The crushed material, meeting the final size requirements, passes through a screen and is drawn into a cyclone dust collector by a blower. Finally, it is discharged from the bottom of the cyclone dust collector by a airlock. The discharge system can be either a belt conveyor or a screw conveyor, depending on the characteristics of the raw materials. For raw materials with high moisture content or high specific gravity, the discharge system needs to be customized to avoid blockage and ensure machine output and stable operation.
