The video shows the KXC218 chain conveyor feeding type heavy-duty wood chipper test run video. The capacity customer needed is 7-10ton/h, and the wood logs average size is 15-20cm. The wood logs moisture content is 50-60%, and the customer has a wood chips rotary dryer, and they are doing a wood chips exporting business. Considering the dryer drying efficiency, we customized the feeding speed and blade numbers to get a smaller wood chip size of around 20mm.

Steel Chain Conveying Feeder
8mm thickness steel chain feeederm and it is driven by a motor-driven hardened tooth surface geabox. Workers use a grabber to grab raw materials and put them into the feeder, which then feeds the materials into the chipper main unit.
Wood Chipper Main Part
The main motor drives the flywheel via a belt conveyor, which in turn drives the main blade of the chipper to rotate. The rotating main blade continuously cuts the raw materials fed in by the feeder. Wood chips that reach the required size are screened through a screen and fall onto the belt conveyor at the bottom of the machine.
Discharging Belt Conveyors
The discharge conveyor at the bottom of the machine transports the shredded wood chips onto a secondary conveyor belt, where they are either piled up or directly transported into trucks.
