STRUCTURE OF THE TUB GRINDER
The Tub Grinder is a heavy-duty wood shredder. It mainly consists of a rotary feed disc, a shredding chamber, a diesel power unit, a discharge system, and a mobile trailer system.
- Rotary Feed Port: Driven by a gear system, the feed port continuously feeds material into the grinding chamber for crushing. The feed port is equipped with a protective cover to effectively prevent material from splashing and causing injury.
- Grinding Chamber: Equipped with blades and a screen, this is the core component of the grinder. High-temperature, wear-resistant top-grade blades are used to extend their service life. The output size can be changed by adjusting the screen size.
- Engine Cabinet: The diesel engine or electrical motor is placed here.
