The KXC218 drum wood chipper can process no more than 25cm wood logs into biomass wood chips. The top configuration makes sure it can run stably and continuously.
The KXC218 drum style wood chipper includes the feeding system, main chipper machine, discharging conveyor, and the automatic control panel. The raw materials can be fed into the wood chipper via a belt conveyor or a chain conveyor. The heavy-duty wood chipper can process a maximum of 25cm wood logs into 2-5cm wood chips. The wood chipper’s sieve can be customized based on your requirements, wood moisture content, etc.

The heavy-duty wood chipper is equipped with the top configuration, making sure it can run stably 24/7 hours. It includes the following parts：
- The feeding system (belt conveyor and the chain feeder)
- The wood chipper’s main part. The wood chipper’s flying wheel uses grooves to make it more powerful. And the main shaft is under thermal refining to promise good hardness and service time. The main rollers undergo a stronger through-thickness treatment.

I want to buy a wood chipper for outdoor work. Can this machine be moved?
Sure, KXC218 wood chippers come in both diesel movable and electrical fixed types. Mobile type can be customized with either wheeled or tracked designs. Typically, stationary types are electric, while mobile models are diesel-powered. But we can customize one to your needs.
My maximum wood diameter is 30-35cm. Can KXC218 be used for processing?
Nope, the KXC218 can process a diameter size of no more than 25cm, usually, a maximum of no more than 30cm (soft wood). If your wood size is larger, then you can use the larger model. Or you can use the wood splitter to split into small pieces first, then use this model wood chipper.
I'm currently using another factory wood chipper. Can I buy spare parts from you?

Can you put dry wood through a chipper?
Of course you can, but the blades will wear out faster when using totally dry wood, especially hard dry wood. Therefore, to ensure uniform length and thickness of the wood chips and to maintain stable high-volume operation, we recommend that you sharpen the blades once every 1-2 shifts.
