HOW DOES A RDF GRINDER MACHINE WORK?

The RDF grinder is a high-efficiency crushing machine specifically designed to process MSW (municipal solid waste) and RDF, including waste plastics, waste textiles, leather, and other mixed combustible waste into uniform small pieces.

When the RDF grinding machine is running, waste clothing, waste leather, waste plastic, waste fishing nets, and mixed municipal solid waste are evenly fed into the crushing chamber by the feeding conveyor. The high-hardness alloy blades on the rollers can stably crush loose and flexible waste.

Specifically, tough fibrous materials such as waste textiles and waste fishing nets can be completely dispersed and cut into shorter pieces, while large materials such as plastic bottles and plastic films are broken into pieces of uniform size as much as possible.

It is equipped with screens of different sizes to effectively control the size of the finished product, ensuring uniform and compliant dimensions, and facilitating its use in the production of RDF pellets and briquettes. Qualified crushed material falls through the screens into the next process for RDF batching, pressing, and molding. Feeding System

The first part of the RDF crusher is the feeding system. The feed inlet features a wide design to ensure that large or irregularly shaped materials can smoothly enter the crushing chamber. The RDF crusher mainly consists of blades, pressure rollers, a screen, a main shaft, a transmission system, and a body frame.
